Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sophia Academic Instructor in
Principles of Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop remediation materials and resources for struggling
learners
Analyze data to identify student challenges and proactively engage
with them
Tutor students individually and in groups while responding to
inquiries promptly
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 5 years of experience teaching adult or nontraditional
students at the college level
Professional experience in the field of finance is preferred
Master's degree in the discipline or equivalent combination of
education and experience
A terminal degree (e.g., PhD) or progress toward one is
preferred
Proficient with technology and data analysis tools
