Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Trust & Safety to lead their
Trust & Safety Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational program for fraud and risk review
Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure
high-quality outcomes
Mentor and guide the team of fraud associates while managing
operational metrics
Required Qualifications
BA/BSc in relevant fields or equivalent experience
5+ years of operational experience in Risk, Trust and Safety, or
Fraud Prevention
2+ years of people management experience
Deep understanding of financial and online fraud types
Familiarity with analytic tools like Looker and Tableau
