Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Systems Manager to lead
innovative healthcare technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile projects from inception to completion, ensuring
alignment with strategic goals
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional
teams to define project scope and deliverables
Manage project risks and dependencies, fostering a culture of
collaboration and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration,
or related field
5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, preferably in
healthcare technology
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification preferred
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA,
Trello)
