Job Description:

A company is looking for a Human Resources Director to shape its workplace culture and align people strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop actionable HR strategies
Oversee full-cycle recruiting to attract top-tier talent
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture and implement performance management systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven HR leadership experience in a similar role
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems
