Not-for-profit community health setting
100% outpatient
18-22 patients per day
Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 8:30 to 5:30 with an hour lunch

Compensation and Benefits
The organization bases salary on experience to assure internal equity
$233,907 - $274,560
Up to $10,000 in annual incentives
401k with automatic 4% match of annual salary
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Relocation reimbursement negotiable
Site qualifies for PSLF loan forgiveness program
Occurrence based malpractice insurance provided, no need for tail coverage
100% of medical insurance for provider only; dental
