Job Title: Travel Pharmacist - Ambulatory Care Specialist

Job Summary:
Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Travel Pharmacist to join our team. As a Travel Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide medication therapy management to patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medication guidelines and best practices

Requirements:
- CA License
- 2 Years' Experience
- Successfully completed NAPLEX required
- Inpatient / Acute care, Chemotherapy, IV Piggyback, Sterile Technique
- BCPS, Board Certified preferred
