Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to
manage cash flow and vendor payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process AP invoices, including GL coding and securing approvals
Prepare weekly check runs and process customer refunds
Assist with month-end and year-end closings for the accounting
team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Strong spreadsheet/computer skills (Excel)
MS Dynamics GP experience preferred
Ramp experience preferred
