Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims
Representative for the Southeast region, fully remote from anywhere
in the continental US.
Key Responsibilities
Determine compensability and coverage issues for loss time workers'
compensation claims
Manage a caseload of loss time claims across multiple
jurisdictions, including FL, GA, NC, SC, and AL
Negotiate settlements and coordinate communication with claimants,
attorneys, and medical providers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in handling workers'
compensation claims
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with lost time or litigated claims
Active adjuster license(s) required in FL, NC, and SC
Familiarity with medical terminology and handling multiple
jurisdictions
