Job Description:
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence & Benefits Advocacy
Partner to support employees in understanding and accessing their
leave benefits and health programs.
Key Responsibilities
Guide employees through FMLA, ADA, and other leave processes,
ensuring compliance with regulations
Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding leave and
accommodation requests, providing resources and support
Lead educational sessions and maintain communication to inform
employees about their benefits and leave options
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in leave management with a focus on
customer service
Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal employment laws
(USERRA, FMLA, ADAAA, HIPAA)
Prior experience with benefit programs and systems, preferably in
Workday
Highly organized and capable of managing confidential
information
