Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist, Invoice II responsible
for reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify invoices and check requests for compliance
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve
discrepancies
Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors and site
employees
Required Qualifications and Education:
High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
2-4 years of related experience in accounts payable and general
accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Basic knowledge of relevant federal regulations (CFPB, RESPA,
etc.)
Minimum 5 years of mortgage servicing experience preferred
