Key Responsibilities
Manage a team responsible for package software application
development
Coordinate project execution and ensure timely delivery of software
solutions
Provide technical guidance and oversee quality control and coding
standards adherence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
7+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in
a similar role
Proficiency in one or more software languages and development
methodologies
Proven experience in leading software development projects
Technical knowledge in package applications
