Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Senior Milestone
Specialist responsible for managing foreclosure processes and
ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage past due foreclosure cases and ensure compliance with
investor guidelines
Execute financial foreclosure documents and maintain accurate
documentation of actions taken
Coordinate with attorneys and internal departments to ensure timely
and accurate foreclosure processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or
equivalent experience
7+ years of working knowledge of foreclosure laws and
terminology
Experience with mortgage banking and familiarity with RESPA and
FDCPA
Proficiency in relevant software such as Fiserv/Loanserv and LPS
Desktop
Ability to analyze and interpret business regulations and prepare
complex reports
