Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Development
Specialist who will design, implement, and evaluate training
programs to enhance team member skills and foster a culture of
continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging eLearning and instructor-led training
sessions
Conduct needs analysis and create modern learning curricula across
various formats
Evaluate training success and provide feedback to improve programs
and align with corporate goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Teaching, Human Resources, or
equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of facilitation experience in a virtual or
classroom setting
Minimum 2 years of training experience in a virtual setting
Minimum 3 years of experience creating engaging content that aligns
with company initiatives
Proficient with authoring and design tools such as G-Suite, Rise,
and Articulate 360
