Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to work remotely
in a full-time, entry-level position.
Key Responsibilities
Answer initial client calls and assess their needs for EAP
services
Complete EAP Intake Forms and input demographic information into
the database
Connect clients to appropriate resources, affiliate providers, or
EAP staff for services
Required Qualifications
Excellent IT applications and database skills
Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
Reliable internet connection with specified minimum speeds
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
Strong commitment to customer service
