Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive in Residence (EIR) focused
on SaaS, CPG, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead market opportunity analysis to identify trends and pain points
in the CPG product innovation space
Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and go-to-market
strategy, ensuring alignment with market demands
Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of
innovation and collaboration
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of entrepreneurial success in technology
startups, preferably in B2B SaaS or retail
Deep expertise in building software platforms and understanding the
CPG ecosystem
Experience in identifying market opportunities and driving scalable
growth strategies
Strong leadership skills with a passion for improving product
development processes
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a
related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
