Job Description:
A company is looking for an LMR Technician (Level II) -
Subscribers to provide technical and administrative support for a
sensitive Federal customer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide preventative maintenance and Tier 1/Tier 2 diagnostics on
Motorola subscriber devices
Program and troubleshoot Motorola subscriber devices using Computer
Programming Software (CPS)
Open and manage trouble tickets using the customer ticketing
system
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or trade school certification with 2+ years of
relevant experience
Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary
security clearance
Valid driver's license required for the position
Understanding of ServiceNow trouble ticketing system
Experience with Motorola CPS and subscriber accessories
