$19.00-20.00/hr
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the
flow of incoming and outgoing shipments of company world-renowned
golf shafts. It is essential that S & R Clerks accurately pull and
verify orders in preparation for prompt outgoing shipments, as well
as verify and record inventory for incoming shipments. It is
important that proper materials and equipment handling are followed
in this role, as well as a strong attention to detail and
organization.
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk you will:
Verifies incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities
listed on the packing slip with the corresponding purchase order;
reports and documents any discrepancies.
Accurately receives goods into inventory management systems and
ensures proper data entry of quantities received.
Retrieves merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill sales
orders, confirming product details and quantities to ensure order
accuracy.
Utilizes shipping and inventory equipment and software to generate
receiving receipts and scan incoming shipments into the system.
Shipping:
Prepares outbound shipments by securely packaging items, ensuring
the packing list is included and clearly visible.
Conducts daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory
records.
Participates in monthly full-warehouse inventory counts to support
inventory control processes.
Performs additional duties as assigned to support warehouse
operations and team efficiency.
Maintains a collaborative attitude and demonstrates effective
communication and teamwork across all departments.

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 1 year experience with Shipping & Receiving related
functions
High School diploma or GED is required
Ability to read, write and speak English
Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory and shipping software,
etc.)
Required skills include extreme attention to detail, ability to
multitask, ability to efficiently manage time and perform smoothly
under stress
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Pay Rate: $19.00-20.00/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
